Parent Notifications

Our Parent Notifications tutorial will help you to learn how to set up and send emails to Parents.

Switching on Parent Notifications

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click the Notifications tab
  3. Tick which Notifications you would like Parents to receive
  4. Your Notifications will automatically save

Adding Parents Details

  1. Click into the Class
  2. Click on the Student
  3. Click Add Email Address
  4. Enter Parent information
  5. Click Add

Editing Parents Details

  1. Click into the Class
  2. Click on the Student
  3. Click Edit
  4. Make your amends
  5. Click Update

Removing Parents Details

  1. Click into the Class
  2. Click on the Student
  3. Click Remove
